Job Description
Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end procurement for residential construction projects. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best rates, quality, and timelines. Prepare and process purchase orders, agreements, and related documentation. Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain accurate purchase records and inventory levels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and contractors
