* Handle client queries related to transactions, settlements, APIs, reports, and platform usage * Monitor backend systems, transaction flows, and operational dashboards * Investigate transaction failures, delays, mismatches, and operational issues * Coordinate with product and risk teams for timely issue resolution * Provide regular updates to clients on issue status and resolution timelines * Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory guidelines
