Proven experience in managing dealers and distributors, with a track record of building and growing strong dealer networks. 3. Hands-on experience in driving B2B and institutional sales through active dealer engagement. 4. Capable of executing all market activities that directly enhance dealer performance and product reach. 5. Expertise in strategic product planning, pricing, and market positioning to achieve business targets. 6. Willingness to travel extensively for dealer and market visits. 7. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to guide cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations).

Responsibilities
    Min 3 years in Steel industry and have Btech or relevant degree
