Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the company's growth in the study abroad market. Identify and capitalize on market trends, ensuring a competitive edge in the industry. 2. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including student recruitment, program development, and partner relations. Implement efficient systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness. 3. Team Management: Recruit, lead, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture. Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure exceptional service delivery. We have 7 different department. 4. Market Development: Explore and enter new markets for study abroad, domestic, all our programs, considering emerging destinations and program types. Forge strategic partnerships with educational institutions, agents, and other relevant stakeholders. 5. Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and profitability. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures while maintaining service quality. 6. Student Services: Ensure the delivery of outstanding student services, from pre-departure preparation to on-site support. Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve the student experience. 7. Compliance and Risk Stay abreast of international education regulations and compliance requirements. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges. 8. Marketing and Branding: Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance the company's brand presence and visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Proven experience in a senior management role within the study abroad or international education sector. Strong knowledge of visa regulations, cultural nuances, and international student recruitment trends.
