End to end process of recruitment (IT and Non-IT), Identify the right platforms to post job vacancies. Update team with trends in the job market to shape recruitment strategies. Sourcing right profiles through effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time frame. Shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
