Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to assist students in exploring study abroad options. ? Review and evaluate student academic records, career goals, and personal aspirations to recommend suitable programs. ? Offer guidance on application procedures, visa requirements, and financial considerations. ? Stay updated on the latest trends and opportunities in international education. ? Liaise with admissions offices of partner institutions to facilitate the seamless admission process for students applying to study abroad programs. ? Ensure all counselling activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards. ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including academic transcripts, application materials, and relevant communications. ? Generate regular reports on counselling activities, student outcomes, and program effectiveness. ? Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance counselling services. Qualifications: ? Minimum of two years of experience in study abroad counselling. ? Proven leadership and team management skills. ? Strong knowledge of international education trends, visa regulations, and admission requirements. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
