Job Role

Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent • Manage talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development • Administer benefits, payroll, and other employee programs • Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement organizational change initiatives • Analyze HR data to inform business decisions • Develop and manage the HR budget • Responsible for our all firms of kerala Driving of bike and car licence must ( car and bike ) • May require travel to other locations • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time • Must be able to use a computer and other office equipment
