Proven experience in financial services. · Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading mechanisms. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Relevant certifications such as NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification, NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification, etc is a plus.
Client Relationship Management · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. · Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. · Provide personalized investment advice and solutions based on clients' needs. · Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively. Demat & Trading Services: · Educate clients on trading platforms, and market trends. · Assist clients in opening demat accounts and facilitate seamless transactions. · Guide clients in executing buy/sell orders, managing portfolios, and monitoring investments. · Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and product offerings. Sales and Business Development · Identify opportunities to cross-sell demat and trading services to existing clients. · Prospect and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities. · Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. · Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the demat and trading business. Reporting and Documentation · Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account activities. · Prepare reports on client portfolios, trading volumes, and revenue generation. · Generate insights from data analysis to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
