Must Know well driving of 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler. Work will be performed in a manufacturing facility • May require long hours or overtime during peak periods • Must be able to walk, stand, and lift up to 15 kg min • Must know language hindi -malayalam

Job Role

Oversee and coordinate production operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation • Manufacture of ingots or billets and tmt steel bars. • Meet quality and quantity standards by implementing quality control procedures and monitoring production output • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and logistics • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand • Manage and supervise production staff, including training and development • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement • Implement cost-saving measures and optimize production costs • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Qualifications
