Minimum of 1 year of experience in site supervision, preferably in construction or a related field.

Job Role

Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope. Supervise and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site operations. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Monitor the quality of work and ensure adherence to project specifications. Communicate effectively with the project manager, contractors, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance, and inventory. Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
