* 1–2 years of experience in pastry, bakery, or food production. * Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and troubleshooting. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Passion for the bakery industry and client-facing work.
* Demonstrate and implement Colatta products with clients such as bakeries and pastry shops. * Conduct product trials, training sessions, and offer technical support. * Assist in developing new recipes using Colatta ingredients. * Ensure consistent product quality and troubleshoot technical issues in pastry and bakery production.
