Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. ?Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities. ?Maintain employee records. ?Assist in employee engagement activities and performance management processes. ?Ensure HR policies are communicated and implemented effectively. ?Develop and manage relationships with companies and recruiters. ?Organize placement drives, interviews ?Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. ?Ability to guide, motivate, and counsel students.
