Job Role

Minimum 1 year experience in International outbound process. Excellent communication skills (verbal). Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers. Requires maintaining 100% Quality compliance as per our Compliance Guidelines. Willing to work in Night shift / US Shift / Voice process. Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution. Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
