Skills

Should have experience in same field, Should have sufficient understanding of sales cycle is preferred. Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Excel is required, Language fluency required in: Hindi/Urdu and English

Job Role

Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the verbiage, tone and other soft skills are at expected levels at all time for the telecallers in the team, Performance based incentives (daily, weekly and monthly), Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI), Cab facility for evening drop would be provided for candidates at a subsidized cost

Qualifications

• The applicants should have Graduation.
• The applicants should have 3 Years experience.
