- Job Role : Plan and manage receivables and payable.
• Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and ensure timely collection of
payments.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable and payable status and aging analysis.
• Communicate with the Accounts team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient funds to meet business needs
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies
• Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
• Ensure accurate and timely payment processing
