  • Job Role : Coordinating the hiring process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and arranging offers of employment * Preparing regular reports on recruitment activities including status updates, cost analysis, and recommendations • Conducting reference checks to verify employment history and qualifications of prospective employees • Manage and update the HR database with different information • Outstanding debt collection of Organization • Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations. • Oversee and accomplish administrative processes. • Provide necessary data and reports to various department. • Conducting and coordinating programs • Maintaining proper records of employees * Coordinating and arranging travel needs for employees and visitors.
